Mr. Osborne was born and raised in Central Illinois. After graduating from the University of Illinois, he attended law school at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. While practicing law in Springfield, he attended accounting classes at the University of Illinois-Springfield and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1998.

Mr. Osborne has a wide range of experience including both litigation and transaction related matters. He has practiced throughout Illinois including in Springfield, North Central Illinois and Southern Illinois.

Although his current practice involves representation of plaintiffs, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases in the past. He has been involved in business and commercial litigation as well and personal injury, professional negligence, and family law litigation, both in the trial and appellate courts.

Mr. Osborne also has wide ranging experience in estate planning and administrative business and commercial transactions including both representing parties involved in transactions as well as in litigation related to disputes in those areas.
