Jeffrey M. Dunn is the lead attorney for the Pekin, Illinois office. He handles cases out of both the Pekin and Peoria offices, for divorce, custody and family law cases throughout the State of Illinois. He is a Peoria area native who returned home after law school and has been a success throughout his life. James M. Crowley has practiced law in Illinois since 2003, concentrating his practice in Criminal Defense, DUI, Traffic, Driver’s License Reinstatement, Civil Litigation, Business Law, Special Education and School Law. He is now switching over his trial skills to the area of family law, divorce and custody litigation.
As a former Assistant Public Defender for Peoria County, James Crowley has over nine years trial and litigation experience and routinely defended clients in all stages of criminal proceedings in Felony, DUI, Traffic and Misdemeanor Divisions.
James Crowley attended Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, NH, where he received his Juris Doctor and Masters in Intellectual Property Law in 2001. While attending Franklin Pierce, James interned at the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts in Boston, MA, where he helped local artists with various Copyright and Trademark issues.
James has served in the past as Vice President of A.N.S.W.E.R.S. (Autism Needs Support WherEveR It Strikes), as a Board Member of Mainstream Connections, and sat on the Special Services Parents Advisory Committee for Peoria School District 150. James currently serves on the Board of Directors of Heart of Illinois Harvest, a local food rescue program.

LORA A. KELLER - Attorney Lora A. Keller is an Associate Attorney with Murphy & Dunn, P.C. and will be handling cases out of the Bloomington and Peoria offices for clients throughout the State of Illinois. Prior to relocating to Bloomington, Illinois in 2010, Lora owned a successful family law practice in Roanoke, Virginia focusing on divorce, custody, visitation, grandparent visitation, child support, foster care, alimony and maintenance, prenuptial agreements, separation agreements, and adoption. She will continue with that tradition of success for Murphy & Dunn, P.C.
Lora was previously an Assistant State’s Attorney in McLean County, where she represented the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services in child support enforcement cases, including establishment of child support, modification of child support, and establishment of paternity. In addition, she prosecuted traffic cases at all stages of the litigation process.
Lora obtained an Honors Bachelor of Arts from Saint Louis University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri—Columbia, School of Law. After law school, Lora clerked for the Honorable William Ray Price, Jr. on the Missouri Supreme Court. Lora is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Peoria Count Bar Association and the McLean County Bar Association, where she is the Chair of the Family Law Committee. Lora is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Missouri, and Virginia.
